School Office Administrator job summary

We are welcoming applications from colleagues with experience of working in administration or those with the aptitude and aspiration to be successful in this role. This post focuses on serving our community members with excellent organisation, efficiency, and a smile. We encourage you to read the job description, however, we celebrate our School Offices as dynamic departments where a flexible approach is required to successfully support the functioning of the school. Colleagues will benefit from training and support appropriate to their experience to enable them to be experts in this important role.
The hours of work for this post are initially: Monday-Thursday 12:00-16:00 and Friday 08:15-16:00 with 30 minutes on Fridays for lunch (19.25 hours) or Monday to Friday 08:15-13:00 (23.75 hours).
