We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused School Administrator to join our central team. This is a key role that supports the day-to-day administration of the East SILC. As with all appointments at the East SILC staff may be asked to work at any site within the organisation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing reception and administrative support as required
Minuting meetings
Monitoring and managing learner records
Uploading documents onto systems
We are looking for someone who:
Is a highly skilled and motivated individual
Demonstrates excellent organisation and attention to detail
Is an effective communicator
Has the ability to use initiative
Works well as part of a team or independently
Works calmly under pressure to meet deadlines
Is confident working with systems, data and documentation

The East Specialist Inclusive Learning Centre (SILC) is a 2-19 generic special school with 426 pupils on roll. All our pupils have special learning needs and some have physical/ medical difficulties. The East SILC is a complex organisation which operates on a variety of sites to provide a range of outreach services across the city, including partnerships with primary and secondary providers, the city-wide Physical Difficulties and Medical Service including a moving and handling service, as well as the Medical Needs Teaching Service for Leeds.
