The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) is seeking to appoint a dedicated School Office Manager to join our vibrant and forward-thinking Multi Academy Trust at Lakey Lane Primary School. Our Trust comprises seven thriving schools: Prince Albert Primary School, Heathfield Primary School, Highfield J&I School, Birchfield Primary School, Sutton Park Primary School, Lakey Lane Primary School and Prince Albert High School.

About the Role
As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school office, leading a team to provide exceptional administration and support to the Senior Leadership Team and wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead, motivate and develop the administration team, promoting our vision: “to be the best part of your day.”
- Manage the school office efficiently, ensuring outstanding customer service at all levels.
- Compile and manage data, including termly census returns and CTF processing.
- Liaise effectively with external agencies and internal support services.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain safeguarding, data protection, and security protocols.
- Interact positively with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors.
- Demonstrate strong ICT and organisational skills.
- Work collaboratively across the Trust and contribute to continuous improvement.
