Hours: 37 hours per week (39 weeks per year)
Position: Fixed Term (for up to one year to cover maternity leave)
Salary: £24,272 - £26,756 (£28,142-£31,022 FTE )
Grade: Band 4 (Points 11-17)

We are seeking an administration professional to lead and manage our Office and Administration. This role is for up to 12 months covering a maternity leave.
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for maintaining pupil data including school admissions, HR and Payroll, Finance administration and providing administrative support to the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and other staff. You will oversee the Administration Office, provide guidance and support, and manage the front office as the first point of contact for the school community and visitors. The hours of work are 8.30am to 4.30pm.
Due to the nature of this role, experience of working in an administration office is essential.
