The School Operations and Logistics Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the school operates in a stable, well-organised, and compliant way, enabling leaders and teachers to focus on delivering an excellent education. The role coordinates daily staff cover and absence management, working closely with the Headteacher and senior leaders, while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the college through administrative leadership, event and staffing logistics, and the monitoring of policies, contracts, and third-party compliance checks. The post reports directly to the Headteacher, with a direct working relationship with the Senior Leadership Team to support sustained operational effectiveness. The role requires an early start of 7.00am.

We are hopeful that this award will assist us in continuing to develop the learning environment for all our students and staff. It is a long term project which will help us to deliver our vision for excellent education in the local area.
