They will also build successful working relationships across the wider school team to influence effectively and successfully deliver the operations agenda.

This role requires someone who has professional integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage and communicate effectively in a wide range of situations with colleagues at all levels.

If you think this sounds like an exciting opportunity and would like to work in a forward-thinking school and make a difference, we would like to hear from you.

We can offer you:

Access to the Local Government Pension Scheme

A supportive team with a passion for continuous improvement

A commitment to professional development

A collaborative working environment

We are looking for someone who:

Has good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate with a wide range of people

Has a flexible and adaptable approach to working in a very busy environment

Works hard, is enthusiastic and self-motivated

If you would like to join us on our journey and have access to career prospects through the Trust, we would love to hear from you.
