School Premises Cleaner job summary

Cansfield High School is seeking to appoint a reliable and hardworking Premises Cleaner to join our valued Facilities Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in keeping our busy school running smoothly — ensuring our students and staff can enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment every single day.

Working under the guidance of our Facilities Manager and Caretakers, the successful candidate will take pride in delivering an efficient and high-quality cleaning service across the school site. Your contribution will play a key part in supporting the daily life of our school community.

• 30 hours per week
• Term-time plus 2 weeks
• Monday to Friday, 10:30am - 5:00pm
• Fixed-term contract until August 2026 (with the possibility of becoming permanent)
