School Receptionist/Administrator job summary

As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, students, and staff, delivering a professional, friendly, and welcoming service. You will manage communications, support school administration, maintain safeguarding procedures, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office in a busy and vibrant environment. This is a term-time only position, plus 5 INSET days, working Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:00pm and Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, pastoral-led Catholic school community where every member of staff plays a vital role in helping young people flourish.
