You will manage incoming enquiries by phone, email and in person, ensuring all communication is handled efficiently and with warmth. What we're looking for:

  • Good general level of spoken and written English, with GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
  • Confident administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • A friendly, welcoming and professional manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly reliable, discreet and able to handle sensitive information confidentially at all times.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a busy team, remaining calm and effective under pressure.
  • Flexible, supportive and committed to safeguarding and maintaining appropriate boundaries with children and young people.
