37 Hours/week (8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday -Thursday and 8.00 am to 3.30 pm Friday)

About this Role

We are looking to appoint a School Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the school providing an efficient and effective service to the school community.

About You:

  • You will have excellent communication skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Have a ‘can-do’ and flexible approach being able to adapt to changing demands.
  • Be willing to undertake training as one of our School First Aiders

The main duties and responsibilities are as indicated in the role job description and person specification, other duties of an appropriate level and nature may also be required, as directed by the Headteacher. Please note that the post holder may be required to work outside of normal working hours for activities, meetings and emergencies.

The post holder is required to support and encourage the trust’s ethos and its objectives, policies and procedures as agreed by the Board of Directors, including child protection matters.
