School Secretary job summary
Due to the restructuring of our Federation office team, we are looking to appoint a school secretary (30 hours- 4.5 days per week) to work at Stondon Lower School. Reporting to the Business Manager you will act as front of house and be the first point of contact with parents and visitors, as well as providing a secretarial service for the school, staff and pupils.
We are looking for a positive, dynamic and flexible professional with a strong office background. Someone who has the ability to multi-task, problem solve and thrives on building strong relationships. Stondon Lower is rated “GOOD” by OFSTED in 2022.
The schools are committed to stringent safeguarding procedures (including the PREVENT agenda), therefore, this position will include full adherence to safer recruitment guidelines. This will include a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check prior to commencement of employment and we will also apply for references prior to interview from your current/most recent employer.
