The Board of Directors of The Rainbow Multi Academy Trust are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic School Secretary to support pupils learning at Troon CP School. As the first point of contact for parents, pupils and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience working in an administrative setting, with strong communication and organisational skills. You will be confident using Microsoft Office and able to manage a varied workload, prioritising tasks effectively, working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines within a busy office setting.
You will be a reliable and flexible team member who understands the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding, and is committed to supporting the wellbeing of all children, bringing a positive and proactive approach to your work.
In addition, you will build strong working relationships with staff, parents and external agencies, contributing positively to the wider school community. Experience using school MIS systems to maintain accurate pupil records and support school administration processes is desirable, alongside a willingness to learn, adapt and maintain high professional standards at all times.
