What skills and experience we're looking for
- Have experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation within education
- Have experience of manipulating and presenting complex data clearly to a variety of audiences
- Have evidence of continued professional learning
- Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and within a busy and effective team, meeting agreed deadlines
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills to enable and promote effective professional relationships

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Schools Data and Performance Lead to join Derby Diocesan Academy Trust’s (DDAT) Central Team.
Reporting directly to the Senior School Improvement Officers, the Schools Data and Performance Lead will bring enthusiasm and drive to support teaching and learning across schools, by overseeing and streamlining data collection to reduce workload for schools and preparing data reports for senior stakeholders on all data and performance for all the schools within DDAT.
DDAT is a Multi Academy Trust that oversees and supports schools across Derbyshire and Derby City. Established in 2014 by the Diocese of Derby, DDAT is committed to providing high quality education for all children in their academies based on clearly established Christian values and principles.
