  • Deliver targeted, high-impact small group and 1:1 sessions

  • Identify misconceptions and rapidly accelerate progress

Your work will directly influence student achievement at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, helping learners secure the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Who we're looking for

You will:

  • Hold QTS (or equivalent)

  • Have strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 Science

  • Understand how to diagnose learning gaps and respond strategically

  • Be skilled at motivating and building rapport with young people

  • Have high expectations and a relentless commitment to raising standards

Experience working with students who require additional academic support is highly desirable — but above all, we are looking for someone who believes in possibility.
