Wildern Secondary School is a large, oversubscribed secondary school in Hedge End, Southampton. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and creative Science Teacher to join our Science Department. We are part of the Wildern Academy Trust which comprises Wildern School, Deer Park Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School.

Benefits of working within our Science Department include:
- Very supportive, friendly and passionate team of 15 Science teachers of all experience levels, who specialise in a variety of disciplines and are keen to share their knowledge and resources with each other.
- A dedicated Core Progress assistant who works solely within the Science department to support students and staff.
- A dedicated team of 5 technicians who work collaboratively within the department to ensure students are able to experience a vast range of science practical lessons.
- 18 science laboratories, allowing teachers to have their own classroom, allowing staff a dedicated space as well as continuity with their classes.
- Science teachers teach across all disciplines, across a range of year groups and abilities.
- 3 year KS4 that follows the AQA exam, where students either study Separate or Combined Science.

Wildern School is a popular, oversubscribed secondary school situated in the Southampton suburbs.
