Your mission will be to deliver high-quality teaching that equips pupils with both the academic excellence and the life skills they need to lead happy, successful lives and you will work closely with "great colleagues" across the Academy and Harbour Learning Trust to maximise every opportunity for our student.
You will create "Aha!" moments and plan and teach challenging, well-organised lessons that use a range of strategies—including e-learning—to meet the needs of every learner.
You will foster a culture of kindness and use empathy and positive behavior management to create a safe, purposeful environment where students feel confident to contribute.
You will bridge the gap and help students see the "why" behind Science by linking in-school learning to out-of-school contexts and real-world applications.
