Science Teacher job summary

Pimlico Academy is looking for a Science teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and learning in Science across Key Stages, ensuring that all students are inspired, challenged, and supported to achieve their full potential. The postholder will plan and deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ understanding of scientific principles, practical investigation skills, and the ability to apply scientific knowledge in real-life contexts.

 

The Science Teacher will contribute to raising standards achievement within the department, support the development of an engaging and inclusive science curriculum, and promote a passion for scientific enquiry. The role also includes maintaining high standards of behaviour, assessment, and progress, while contributing positively to the wider life and ethos of the school.
