We are looking to recruit a Science Technician to co-ordinate the use of practical resources and facilities and provide assistance and advice in meeting the practical needs of the Science curriculum, in particular Chemistry lessons. This will involve preparation of chemicals, and liaising with staff. This role may appeal to someone who is interested in pursuing a career in teaching as well as anyone who would like to further their experience of working in a school setting within Science.

Pay scale: Grade 6, Point 10 Actual salary (39 weeks 29hrs/week): £18,055
Hours: 29 hours a week over a five day week with some flexibility on start and finish times (generally 8.30-14:30) term time only (39 weeks)
