What skills and experience we're looking for

Ideally, we are seeking an experienced technician who understands and can quickly adapt to our state of the art science facility. However, there is latitude to offer training to suitably qualified applicant, who will at the very least have practical laboratory experience through the study of one or more sciences at least to A level. The successful applicant will have experience with ICT (Word/Excel), excellent organisational and communication skills and work well as part of a team, being comfortable working with and around secondary school students
