What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong interpersonal and communication skills and is able to work with a variety of students and staff;
- Is self-motivated, dedicated and consistent;
- Is a strong team player, good at building relationships;
- Has a confident, resilient and flexible attitude;
- Is highly-organised, able to work under pressure, prioritise effectively and meet deadlines;
- Is well presented with a professional approach;
- Has a keen eye for detail and accuracy;
- Can observe Health & Safety regulations fully and identify possible risks;
- Holds current First Aid, or is willing to undertake training;
- Enjoys working with young people and supporting them in lessons.
