Join our mission to shape the next generation of teachers. You’ll be the friendly, organised force ensuring every trainee has the support, resources, and confidence to thrive—coordinating finances, events, and partnerships that help future educators shine.

The Ted Wragg Teacher Training Partnership aims to train teacher equipped to join our school communities and make the world a better place. This small team recruits, trains and supports new teachers to have a positive entry to our profession. We work together to provide support with finance, administration, liaison with external partners like the Department for Education and Student Loans Company.

We are looking for a supportive, methodical, details-orientated team member. This role is fixed term in the first instance but there is scope for it to become permanent. Some flexible working arrangements can be considered.
