Secondary Phase Lead - SCITT Programme
We are seeking a dynamic and highly effective educator to lead the Secondary Phase of our School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) programme.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong and sustained track record of impact within secondary education and teacher development. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in shaping and delivering high-quality initial teacher training.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the strategic leadership of the Secondary Phase, ensuring a clear vision for excellence in teacher training.
Secure consistently high-quality outcomes for trainees through effective leadership and support.
Lead on the operational delivery of the secondary ITT provision, ensuring programmes are well-structured, coherent, and impactful.
Oversee robust quality assurance processes, driving continuous improvement across the provision.
Ensure all training is ambitious, evidence-informed, and aligned with best practice in education.
