What skills and experience we're looking for

Second in Charge (2iC)- English

To help us, we wish to appoint a 2nd in English to work alongside the Head of Department to ensure all students achieve their full potential in English.

The successful candidate should have a passion and ambition to develop as a teacher and be an integral member of a team who wish to raise the aspirations and achievements of our pupils. You should be able to demonstrate excellence in teaching and learning and an ability to engage and inspire students of all abilities.

The successful candidate will provide a supportive, stimulating environment and share the high expectations of achievement for all pupils. You must be a reflective practitioner and be committed to strong personal growth and continuing professional development.
