Prendergast Vale School is a small all-through school providing high quality education from nursery to Year 11, which aims to transform the lives of all the children who attend the school. By keeping the school small, we have created a community of pupils and teachers where no pupil is left behind which has enabled us to create an environment in which pupils want to learn, achieve and behave well. The school benefits from being part of the Leathersellers’ Federation of Schools and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with colleagues across the Trust.
Being part of a successful Federation of Schools, located within easy travelling distance of each other, enables the schools to support each other and share best practice and resources. It also enables the Federation to offer staff the opportunity to develop their career as we are committed to developing and promoting from within wherever possible.
We are dedicated to creating a work environment that our colleagues can enjoy, our students can benefit from, and where work complements life. For this reason, we encourage everyone to discuss with us their flexible working requirements during the recruitment process so that we can find the best working solution for them and their role.
