What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will work closely alongside the Head of Department to provide a vision for developing both Language and Literacy across the curriculum. You will co-lead your subject area to ensure outstanding outcomes for our students, which includes Teaching and Learning, curriculum provision, standard of attainment and behaviour and safety within the department. The successful candidate will provide highly engaging, relevant and innovative learning opportunities at all key stages to ensure students make exceptional progress in your subject and are provided with the skills they need to be successful in both the academy and their future lives.
