What skills and experience we're looking for
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an inspirational leader in Maths to support the management of the Maths Department, to join our successful Maths Department in January 2024.
The successful candidate will provide effective leadership and subject knowledge in Maths to build an effective department which continually enhances the quality of learning and achievement within KS3, 4 & 5. You will be required to teach Maths to all Key Stages, including A Level, and will be creative, innovative, efficient, and committed to raising standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent subject knowledge and join a highly motivated team of superbly collaborative teachers committed to a creative and stimulating approach to teaching and learning, and to instilling a passion for Maths in our students. The successful candidate will hold QTS will be a Maths specialist with outstanding outcomes within examination classes, and a proven track record of raising attainment and securing outstanding progress for all your students.
Applications from teachers with the ambition and experience to become a second in the Maths department will also be accepted.
