We are seeking to appoint an innovative leader for Mathematics to join our successful and hardworking mathematics team. The successful applicant will be student centered and a collaborative practitioner and have a passion for mathematics. The post offers excellent opportunities for a committed teacher with good knowledge of the GCSE syllabi and the ability to teach this across the ability range. Experience of teaching up to Key Stage 5 is desirable, with this post offering the opportunity to plan, develop and deliver the post 16 curriculum within the department.

The successful candidate will:

  • Work with the Head of Department to help the mathematics team to become an outstanding department with excellent outcomes.

  • Ensure all learners are high achievers in mathematics.

  • Contribute to the planning, developing and monitoring of all mathematics courses.
