What skills and experience we're looking for

Following a change in responsibilities within our mathematics team, we are seeking an exceptional teacher and leader to support the leadership of the team. The Mathematics Department offers a full range of courses through KS3, GCSE and A level, including core and further maths. Specific duties will be through negotiation following appointment.

We are seeking an exceptional professional with, ideally some experience of curriculum leadership, and a thorough and comprehensive grasp of the mathematics curriculum from year 7 to 13. The successful candidate will have high level organizational skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and students alike. In supporting the management of a large team of professionals, you will need to be insightful and emotionally robust, with excellent day to day management skills.
