Second in Science with £6k recruitment incentive! job summary
A vacancy for a Second in Science has arisen within our Multi Academy Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and outstanding practitioner to join the Arthur Terry Learning Partnership and work in one of our schools.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a successful track record in raising attainment. You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with the ability to lead and inspire others around you.
With the appetite and ability to drive change, you will work with the Science Leadership Team to further develop an inspirational department with a focus on high standards of teaching. Ultimately, you will help further outcomes for our students.
West Coventry Academy is a vibrant, all-inclusive comprehensive school, located on the outskirts of Warwickshire. Having undergone an exciting development, the new school build boasts a net carbon zero, landscaped building, which is modern, up to date and student focussed. There are a whole host of facilities built with the needs of the 21st century curriculum in mind including extensive sports facilities, a new swimming pool, state of the art Theatre, Music and Performance studios, spectacular Art rooms, an expansive Library, new Sixth Form Wing and updated ICT infrastructure with interactive classrooms.
Recruitment Incentive of £2k will be paid at the end of each completed year for 3 years.
