You will provide clear, cohesive leadership and direction in teaching and learning and manage and motivate teaching and support colleagues in developing innovative teaching strategies to enhance the quality of teaching, learning and achievement.
You will be a team player within Felixstowe School and within the wider Trust. You will be keen to lead your team to enhance the extra-curricular offer, improve overall teaching and learning and ensure students and your team meet their potential.
