SEEAT Institute Administrator job summary
South East Essex Academy Trust (SEEAT) is seeking a highly organised and motivated administrator to join our Central Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and promoting the SEEAT Institute, our dedicated hub for professional development across our schools and beyond.
As SEEAT Institute Administrator, you will:
- Work closely with the Director of Education to support the design, delivery, and evaluation of the SEEAT Institute’s professional development offer.
- Coordinate the planning and promotion of courses, events, and opportunities for staff across SEEAT and partner schools.
- Manage bookings, event logistics, and communications with facilitators, venues, and participants.
- Lead the promotion of the Institute within SEEAT and externally, including through newsletters, marketing materials, and social media.
- Provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to ensure smooth delivery of CPD opportunities.
This is a varied and rewarding role where you will make a real impact by helping staff access excellent professional learning, ultimately supporting the education of thousands of young people across our Trust.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, with excellent administrative and IT skills (Microsoft Office proficiency essential).
- An excellent communicator, confident working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Creative and enthusiastic about promoting professional development opportunities.
