What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you a passionate and inspirational HLTA with experience of working with children with social, emotional, and mental health needs? Exeter Learning Academy Trust is looking to appoint a skilled, passionate and motivated teacher to deliver a creative, SEMH curriculum to the most vulnerable children within our Trust within a new alternative provision.
At this exciting time for the Trust, we are looking for an exceptional individual with a passion for SEND and inclusive practice. You will need to develop a creative and innovative approach to delivering the curriculum to make a positive impact on the learning and wellbeing of our children. We are looking for candidates with the motivation and determination to ensure that pupils can build positive relationships that enable them to be successfully reintegrated back into their home school.
You will be able to lead by example and motivate and inspire others to work alongside you. You will be fully supported by the wider leadership team as you develop this new provision. We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate who:
