SEMH Support Assistant job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a specialist SEMH support assistant to join our brand new SEMH Enhanced Provision from September 2025. This will be for 32.5 hours per week, term-time plus one additional INSET day.

This will be a bespoke provision for students in Key Stage 3 who require additional support for SEMH needs. The successful candidate will be passionate and dedicated, with a genuine desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for every single student, whatever challenges they may face. You will work alongside the SEMH Enhanced Provision Lead Teacher and will have the ability to be flexible, patient and good-humoured in a sometimes challenging environment.
