What skills and experience we're looking for
Greenfields Academy is a specialist school for pupils aged 5-16 with complex SEMH needs (Social, Emotional, Mental Health). As part of a family of schools within CIT,Greenfields can draw on the expertise across the Trust and central team to provide the highest levels of education and care for our pupils.

- Highly trained adults and experienced school leaders support pupils through an embedded behaviour curriculum, which is founded in the principle that positive behaviour is learned
