SEN Administrator job summary

We are seeking to appoint a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Administrator to join our team. The position is a vital role, you will work closely with our Deputy Head / SENDCo and her department to ensure the smooth running of the administration relating to student annual reviews, learning plans along with other routine correspondence. The role is fast paced and varied, tasks are often time sensitive so you will need to be able to juggle an evolving workload, prioritise tasks and can work both within a team and independently. We are seeking someone with previous administration/office experience with a keen eye for detail, along with excellent communication and ICT skills.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Previous administrative experience,

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • The ability to manage confidential information sensitively and professionally.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management systems.

  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
