What skills and experience we're looking for

Brentwood School and Community College specialise in the education of students with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex needs and autism. Brentwood benefits from state-of-the-art facilities which include a 11-19 school and post 19 college.

Due to the continuing growth of this highly successful school and college, we are looking for SEN Assistants to support students with a range of needs with different activities throughout the school day, including personal care, eating and drinking, supporting with some work experience, working in the canteen plus other tasks as required.


The successful candidate will be approachable and organised with the ability to work well as a self-motivated and committed member of the team and have good overall knowledge and experience of high standards of cleaning and personal care.
