SEN Class Teacher
To work within the policies and guidance of Addington School, as an effective and motivational

Essential educational requirements
Degree level education
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Essential skills and experience
Teaching experience of pupils with SEN in either mainstream or special school setting.
Ability to promote high standards of behaviour amongst pupils and respect for others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Competent ICT skills
Knowledge and understanding of current educational legislation and initiatives
