You will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes :

- have a comprehensive knowledge, understanding and experience of teaching children with autism.

- have a passion for building and maintaining relationships with children to develop a thorough understanding of an individual’s needs and plan a curriculum to meet these.

- have a desire to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to plan and deliver meaningful learning experiences.

- able to demonstrate outstanding practice.
