A passionate and dedicated SENCO is invited to join our primary school as we continue on an exciting journey of improvement. We are seeking someone who believes in inclusive education, champions every child, and is ready to make a meaningful impact across our school community.

As part of our improvement journey, we are continuing to strengthening our provision for pupils with SEND and are looking for the right person to help lead this work with expertise, compassion and drive.

About the Role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) who will:

  • Lead and develop our SEND provision across the school.

  • Work closely with staff, families and external professionals to ensure high‑quality support for pupils with additional needs.

  • Support the identification of pupils with SEND and oversee effective interventions.

  • Provide guidance and training to staff to ensure inclusive practice is embedded throughout the school.

  • Contribute to strategic planning as part of our improvement journey.

This role is ideal for an experienced SENCO or a teacher with a strong SEND background who is ready to take the next step.
