SEN Learning Coach job summary

The role

North Oxfordshire Academy are looking to recruit an experienced Learning coach for September 2022. The role is term time only 37.5 hours a week from 8:00am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. Flexible working of 9am - 3pm would be considered for a suitable candidate.

As a Learning coach you will work with the SENCO and Assistant Principal as part of a professional team to support teaching and learning for pupils, providing learning support to pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning, such as those with moderate, severe and multiple learning difficulties and/or behavioural, social, communication, sensory or physical disabilities. Experience in supporting phonics and helping pupils with their writing would be an advantage.
