SEN Teacher job summary

We are seeking to appoint an innovative and self-motivated SEN Teacher to join the Evolve Trust. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a range of fundamental skills required for the delivery of a curriculum adapted to meet the needs of children with SEND and experience of teaching children with complex special educational needs. The ideal candidate will: • Have patience, be proactive and resilient as this role can be challenging, but it is very rewarding! • Have QTS or a PCGE. • Have experience working within a SEND school. • A strong ability to develop relationships and rapport with both pupils and parents. • Be an approachable colleague who works effectively within a team and upholds our values of ambition, integrity, inclusivity, endeavour and resilience.
