What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you possess the skills and dedication to support and empower students with diverse learning abilities? If so, we invite you to join our dynamic and inclusive team as a SEN Teacher leading in our Alternative Resource Provision.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, imaginative and energetic class teacher to help support the needs of children with special educational needs, which include adverse childhood experiences, Autism, ADHD and speech, language and communication needs.You will be passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and committed to providing them with the best educational support possible. You will be working in close partnership with our teachers, therapists, support staff and parents.

Our school is an amazing place to learn and has a strong and developing SEND team including skilled and specialist practitioners. We employ our own play therapists and Speech and Language Therapists and are looking to formalise our Alternative Resource Provision in this academic year.
