SEN - Teaching Assistant 1 - East and West Sites job summary

We have vacancies, at our East and West sites, due to an increase in the number of pupils on roll. We are looking for for energetic, creative and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants who will take an active part in all aspects of the curriculum and enjoy assisting our pupils to learn and make progress. We have a fun approach to the curriculum and celebrate enthusiastically each child’s small steps of achievement.

Knowledge of a range of special needs would be useful; however we do provide a comprehensive induction and training programme. We do not require formal qualifications; however applicants must have good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.

A tour of school will be offered on interview day

Salary: starting from £16,784

Hours per week: 28.75, Term time only

Working Hours 9.00am to 3.15pm

Closing date: 25/01/2026
