SEN TEACHING ASSISTANT – GR9014 Scale D point 5-6 (£19312 - £19698 FTE) Temporary 27.5 hrs a week, term time only until end of Summer Term. The school is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant. The candidate must be willing to work alongside a teacher with a pupil with Autism in the child’s home setting. Applicants will ideally have experience and understanding of child development, special educational needs, autistic spectrum disorder, safeguarding and a relevant personalised curriculum. You should be highly motivated, have a flexible approach to work, have excellent teamwork skills and a keen interest in their own professional development. Applicants will be able to demonstrate a commitment to working with children, their families and the school. Candidates selected for interview will be notified by email.
