Grade 2 (£19,388 - £20,973 take home)

32.5 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only

Archbishop Ilsley Catholic School are looking to expand their support staff. Children in 2026 are facing challenges on a daily basis and there is a growing number of pupils across Birmingham with SEND that require additional support. Your job will be help our pupils navigate these challenges.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate;

the skills needed to work collaboratively within a team to support SEND pupils;

a good understanding of a range of special educational needs and strategies to support these needs;

the skills needed to apply consistent and positive behaviour management strategies,

resilience in challenging situations,

a strong commitment to equality, inclusion, and supporting all students to let their light shine to achieve their potential

willingness to take on additional CPD
