Job summary

Inspire the little learners of Harris Primary Academy Mayflower. We are looking for an inspiring and talented SEND teaching assistant to work closely with the class teachers to help provide a structured and motivating learning experience for students to reach their individual potential. You will be enthusiastic, have great interpersonal skills, enjoy working as part of a team, and want the very best for our students.

The successful candidate will assist with the implementation of a high-quality learning provision at all times, working in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals to ensure all children reach their full potential.

About Harris Primary Academy Mayflower

Harris Primary Academy Mayflower is a thriving, diverse and friendly five form entry academy that launched in September 2014 and is funded through the free school programme. We serve the communities of Chafford Hundred and West Thurrock. Harris Primary Academy Mayflower is a successful academy judged outstanding in every category in our May 2017 Ofsted inspection.
