SEN Teaching Assistant - KS1 & KS2 job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our enthusiastic, experienced and well-regarded team.

The post holder will be a member of the SEN Team working under the supervision and direction/guidance of our SENCo, Phase Lead and Lead Teaching Assistant. You will be required to work in a variety of ways to ensure that our pupils with additional needs are fully included in the life of the learning community and have equal opportunity to fulfil their full potential. Experience of Autism / ADHD would be an advantage. Patience and resilience are essential.

You should have an understanding of the educational needs of children, be able to work collaboratively with others and be flexible in their approach to work.
