SEN Teaching Assistant job summary
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Raynsford Church of England Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference to children’s lives by supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
As part of our caring and inclusive school community, you will:

Work closely with class teachers and the SENDCo to support pupils’ learning and development.

Deliver small group and 1:1 interventions that help pupils make progress towards their EHCP and SEND targets.

Provide personal and emotional support, helping pupils to feel safe, valued and included.

Support children both in the classroom and during transitions around the school day.
