SEN Teaching Assistant job summary
The Howard School is seeking to appoint a highly effective SEN Teaching Assistant, to start from 28th August 2025.
The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support, promote inclusion, and help every student reach their potential. Experience with SEN and a passion for inclusive education are essential.
This is a part time, permanent role, Term Time Only, paid based on the NJC pay scale D2 point 4-11 (FTE £24,404 - £27,269 – actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £14,521 - £16,266 per annum).
The working pattern will consist of 26 hours and 20 minutes per week, Monday-Thursday 8:30-14:55, and Friday 8:30-13:00.
