We are looking for a thoughtful and ambitious SENCO to lead and coordinate high-quality provision for pupils with SEND, ensuring every child can access, participate and thrive. • Oversee assessment, planning and review processes for pupils with SEND, including EHCPs.
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and external agencies to secure the best outcomes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of provision, using data to inform improvement and maintain high standards.
